Section 32
Duties and Responsibilities of Mountaineering Team Leader
(1) The main responsibility of the leader of the mountain climbing party will be to comply with this Act, the rules made under this Act and the things specified in the mountain climbing permit.
(2) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the other work duties of the leader of the mountain climbing team shall be as prescribed.
